The Adventure of a Lifetime by Gladys Aylward

This book is a great book about missionary work in China. Of course it took place many years ago, but it really goes into a lot of detail of how it was to live in China. Gladys Aylward really wanted to be a missionary to China and she wouldn't let anything or anyone get in her way. It is a very adventurous book and full of action. I shows the true heart of this woman and her desire to spread the gospel as well as providing for many orphans. Check it out!
